Hi! I took Marc's WordPress course in the fall and couldn't resist the opportunity to learn more. I was particularly inspired, Marc, to read about your own success in setting up an internet business where you are teaching and writing. Those are the two things that I have always wanted to do. The possibility of doing both in an internet business that could also bring in income is too tantalizing for words! I have a background in communications and market research, but about ten years ago I gave up that 9 to 5 existence to establish a private psychotherapy practice. I would now like to translate my passion for psychotherapy, healing and spiritual growth into writing and teaching. I couldn't imagine doing that in isolation, which is why the chance to join the Lifestyle Design School is one I just couldn't pass up!

Hi Barbara and welcome to this forum.
Interesting that you have already done Marcs wordpress course, have you built a wordpress blog yet? Where is it? Please make your signature so we can see the results of your work.
I have always had a strong belief in the power of the mind (mine has kept me healthy and happy my whole life) and I recently started a wordpress blog and video channel on that theme. If you have not already started a blog or would be interested in having some of your writings and teachings posted on my blog ( I could also convert them to video) I would be keen to explore that possibility. Barbara,
Yes the internet can be a powerful medium to get your message out there. Myself I am at core more of a writer / developmentalist than a techie… yet in some ways writing about WordPress fills a need for me.
As Glynn says (and thanks!) getting yourself a blog is the first step. Hope to help you out with that.

Thanks for your interest and offer, Glynn. Very kind of you. Although I took Marc's course, I have had neither the time nor the energy to work on my blog since the course finished. But when it is up and running, I will certainly let you know!
